The best place to park is the Rainmaker Garage, located off Rainmaker Drive. For a detailed load-in map, click HERE.

IMPORTANT: We do not supply hand trucks; you must bring your own. Vendors may use two-wheeled hand trucks ONLY. Four-wheeled flat trucks or similar will not be allowed. Please refer to the Foxwoods Hand-Carry Policy for more information.

Vendor Load-out

Load-out will begin Sunday, March 3rd at 3pm. Please help us by stacking any of your garbage neatly behind your vendor table for easy pickup.

Free parking is available onsite. The Rainmaker garage is conveniently located near the show entrance. If you are staying at the Fox Tower, there is a parking garage adjacent to the hotel. For a full list of property parking garages, click HERE.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

We have secured a room block for vendors at a discounted rate at The Fox Tower at Foxwoods Resort Casino. Please refer to your vendor email for details or contact admin@thecardvault.com for the booking link.

WIFI

Free public WiFi will be available at the show. If you want to upgrade to a purchased dedicated line, you can order it HERE.

Your 6ft vendor table does not come with power. If you’d like to order power, please do so HERE.

SHIPPING

If you need to ship anything to the show, all shipments must be coordinated in advance and have the proper Foxwoods Resort Casino label. Shipments without the proper label will not be accepted.

We have a limited number of showcase rentals available free of charge on a first-come-first-served basis. Please ask for one at the registration table when you arrive.
